The Need

Rapid advancements in technology, during and post COVID-19, necessitates the need for the creation of continuing professional development opportunities for undergraduates and displaced workers, low-income families, single parents, formerly incarcerated, and other marginalized groups to be fully engaged in the ever-evolving "remote" working space developing today in the age of AI (Artificial Intelligence).

The Mission

Remote Readiness Academy provides Professional Competency Development Designed for and Applied in our Remote-driven Environment via Project-based Experiential-learning Supported and Enhanced by AI (Artificial Intelligence). GOAL: Equip participants to harness and leverage technological tools relevant to today's ever evolving workplace.

Next Generation Digital & Multimedia Applied Communication Program is our APPLIED REMOTE-DRIVEN ENVIRONMENT (Post-Academy specializing in a “learn while leading" remote model. The focus of the project-based experiential learning program is the production of 2 weekly justice reform podcast to supplement/enhance academic studies or desired professional pathway(s) of program participants.
